<Biography of Ketaro Koshino>
Kentaro Koshino, graduated from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He has worked for IIJ - Internet Initiative and Monex, Inc (Financial Instrument Firm). Then, he founded ¡ÈK¡Çs Culinary Planning¡É in August, 2002. Currently, he is managing 11 restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa area.
